Cocktail Corner | Lava Flow

This drink is a delicious taste of paradise all year round, but it is especially delicious when sipped poolside during the summer months. If you haven’t had this experience, I highly recommend it.

Ingredients:

• 2 oz. Malibu (or your favorite coconut rum)
• 2 oz. fresh or frozen strawberries
• 1 small banana
• 2 oz. pineapple juice
• 2 oz. coconut cream

Directions:Blend the rum and the strawberries in a blender until smooth. Pour mixture into a tall (Collins or Hurricane) glass. Rinse the blender. Blend the banana, the coconut cream, and the pineapple juice with crushed ice until smooth. Pour into the glass with the rum mixture slowly. The strawberry-rum mixture will ooze to the top and along the sides of the glass, and ta-dah! Lava flow. Pool boy to provide suntan lotion massage not included. Cheers!
